About Us
We both swiped right on Bumble and had our first date on August 22, 2017 at Brickyard Pub in North Hollywood, CA. Lee was in southern California on a travel contract as a physical therapist assistant and Krystal was finishing up her Bachelor's degree in Biotech at Cal Poly Pomona. The pub had darts, Lee's favorite bar game, and he embellished his skills with the game. To Lee's astonishment, Krystal won the 1st round of 301. She was humble with the win but Lee learned quickly that isn't the true Krystal when she wins at a game.
Lee moved to Glendale to be near Krystal for a couple of years. We then moved to the Fort Lauderdale area in Florida, where Lee had always wanted to try living. Krystal was kind enough to try it out as well. We were there for 3 years but decided we couldn't bear the south Florida heat/humidity any longer. Lee and Krystal returned to California to live in sunny San Diego. During our Floridian adventure we welcomed an adorable long-haired chihuahua named Eevee into our lives. Eevee is a great little traveler and explorer and did very well with our trip back west. Our journey included a pit stop in Wisconsin to visit family/friends and the north woods.
We've now been in San Diego for about 2.5 years and are loving it. We both enjoy the weather, the different areas of San Diego, and being close to the mountains and beaches.
